Students or individuals must not collect or solicit money directly from others in the name of Dhanshikshan or its services.
Any such unauthorized activity will lead to immediate termination from the course and may result in legal action.

Violations of this policy will be handled seriously and may result in loss of course access, certifications, or further participation in any of our programs.

These Payment Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your payments for products and services offered by us.
By making any payment to DHANSHIKSHAN (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
All payments are due in full upon receipt of the invoice or as specified in the applicable service agreement.
If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee may apply, as outlined in your invoice or service agreement.
The course fee of ₹7,080 is eligible for a refund only if a cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase. In case of any refund is approved it will take 8-15 business days to get credited to the original payment method..
Please note that a cancellation charge of ₹2,000 will be deducted. Therefore, the refunded amount will be ₹5,080.
You may cancel the course within 24 hours of purchase to qualify for a refund. No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after 24 hours from course activation.
In the event of any payment-related dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the matter may proceed to mediation or legal action as per applicable Indian laws.
Chargebacks will only be considered for unauthorized or fraudulent transactions. Initiating a chargeback without valid reason may lead to service cancellation and potential legal proceedings.
You are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or charges related to your payments.
Any applicable tax amount will be clearly mentioned in the issued invoice.
All payments must be made in the currency stated in the invoice.
If payment is made in a different currency, conversion charges or exchange rate fluctuations are your responsibility. The Company shall not be liable for any fees charged by your financial institution.
We prioritize the security and confidentiality of your payment information. All payment transactions are processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
However, while we take all reasonable measures, you acknowledge that no digital platform can guarantee absolute security.
